We are looking for an Applied AI Solutions Architect to join our Applied AI team. In this role, you will design and lead end-to-end AI solutions that translate business objectives into scalable, production-grade AI products and services. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, product owners, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and advance phData's delivery excellence. Your work will help clients confidently adopt Applied AI, unlock measurable value from their data, and modernize their analytics and decision-making capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in architecting and delivering AI/ML or data-intensive solutions on modern cloud platforms.
• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end Applied AI or ML solutions from experimentation through production on a major cloud platform.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architectures and pipelines that support AI/ML workloads, including integration with feature stores, model registries, and monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical AI solution designs, including clear definition of use cases, requirements, and success metrics.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (data engineering, data science, platform, security) to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable AI solutions.
• Proficiency with common AI/ML concepts (model lifecycle, MLOps, experimentation, observability) and their practical application in real-world client environments.

• Experience serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients on AI strategy, roadmaps, and adoption of production-grade AI capabilities.
• Background working within consulting, professional services, or customer-facing solution delivery teams.
• Exposure to multiple industry domains and the ability to quickly understand and model new business problems using AI.
• Contributions to internal frameworks, accelerators, or communities of practice focused on AI, data, or cloud solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Applied AI solutions, translating business objectives into robust architectures and implementation plans on modern data and cloud platforms.
• Own the technical quality of AI solutions, ensuring they are secure, scalable, observable, and maintainable from experimentation through production and ongoing operations.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand their strategy and constraints, define AI use cases and success criteria, and guide them through roadmap, prioritization, and adoption decisions.
• Guide cross-functional phData teams (data engineering, data science, MLOps, platform) to align on solution patterns, delivery approach, and best practices for production-grade AI.
• Contribute to the evolution of phData’s Applied AI frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets to improve delivery consistency, speed, and quality across engagements.
