About The Position

Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S. Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top YC company and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities. You’ll own product surfaces where AI can meaningfully change how customers experience our product. That means scoping problems, prototyping solutions (often yourself), shipping fast, and measuring what matters. You’ll work across engineering, design, and data — but you’re expected to be hands-on with the tools, not just the roadmap.

Requirements

  • You’ve shipped AI-powered features to real users (not just internal tools or demos)
  • You think in tradeoffs, not best practices
  • You’re fast. Uncomfortably fast. You’d rather ship something imperfect Tuesday than something polished next month
  • You can read code, query a database, and prompt an LLM with precision — not as party tricks, but as daily tools
  • You write clearly and concisely. Your PRDs are 3 pages, not 30
  • You operate well in fast-paced, high-ownership environments where priorities can shift quickly
  • You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and taking accountability for outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-leverage opportunities where AI improves customer outcomes — not where it’s trendy
  • Ship working prototypes, not slide decks. We move in days, not quarters
  • Define success metrics tied to customer value, then hold yourself to them
  • Work directly with LLMs, APIs, and product code. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you can’t be afraid of a codebase
  • Make hard scope calls. Say no to 80% of ideas so the 20% actually ships
  • Partner closely across engineering, design, and data to bring AI-powered product experiences to customers quickly and effectively
  • Scope problems clearly and translate ambiguity into actionable product direction
  • Measure product impact based on customer outcomes, adoption, and product performance
