Requirements
- Translate business needs into practical AI solutions
- Build and optimize workflows, automations, and tools
- Analyze data and AI outputs
- Collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams while driving adoption and continuous improvement
- 3–6 years in applied AI, automation, analytics engineering, or internal tools development
- Hands-on experience building AI-driven workflows, dashboards, or lightweight applications
- Working with platforms like ChatGPT, Copilot, APIs, and structured data systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact opportunities to transform manual processes into intelligent, AI-driven workflows that deliver measurable business value
- Design and build innovative AI-powered tools, agents, and automations that enhance productivity across functions like HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal
- Leverage platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and enterprise AI tools to create scalable, business-ready solutions
- Turn ideas into action quickly—prototyping, testing, and refining solutions based on real user feedback and adoption signals
- Create reusable templates, prompts, and frameworks that enable teams to scale AI usage across the organization
- Empower colleagues through hands-on training, demos, and “art of the possible” sessions that unlock the full potential of AI
