About The Position

The Arnold Companies is seeking an experienced and driven Applied AI Architect to lead the practical application of artificial intelligence across the organization. This is a hands-on, senior-level role responsible for working directly with executive leadership to identify opportunities, design solutions, and establish a disciplined framework for AI adoption company-wide. The ideal candidate will possess both the strategic ability to translate executive vision into actionable AI roadmaps and the technical depth to build, deploy, and operate these systems. This is not a research or prototyping position; daily work will involve a blend of executive-level strategy sessions and hands-on development, modeling, and associate training. This is an in-office position located in Dallas, Texas, reporting directly to the Director of IT and collaborating closely with the C-Suite and executive leadership team.

  • Experience integrating AI into real-world workflows and enterprise data infrastructure.
