Reporting to the Director, Applications Support & Enhancement (Director), the Application Systems Analyst (Analyst) provides business expertise and technical knowledge to support the Application Management System (AMS) project. The Analyst supports the AMS project through consultation with internal and external business groups, gathering business requirements, in-depth analysis of requirements, and provision of recommendations for enhancements based on findings. Additionally, the Analyst is responsible for user acceptance testing project management, training, documentation and providing support to internal and external business groups and clients. The position provides support, input and backup to Director on Application System Integration business analysis processes, requirements gathering, scheduling, prioritizing and implementation of testing of enhancements.
