About The Position
Responsible for the analysis selection/design, implementation, and maintenance of computer software. Takes a lead role in the support of application utilization, and has daily interactions with all user areas to solicit and satisfy requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Five to eight years progressive experience in various applications.
- Proficiency in several computer languages as required by work environment.
- Detailed knowledge of various technical environments that support the development of software.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the user community.
- Ability to develop requests into logical and clear definitions to facilitate software development.
- Excellent writing skills and strong people skills relative to user interface.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and function with a minimal level of management interaction.
