Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 10+ years of experience with ERP or transactional systems in manufacturing
  • Demonstrated success as a project or team leader
  • Experience with: Oracle E‑Business Suite (Workflow, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher)
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Salesforce CRM/CPQ
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Workato
  • Snowflake
  • Strong project management skills
  • Outstanding organization, communication, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver transformational and continuous‑improvement IT projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget execution
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Applications Team (Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, Application Developers)
  • Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and ensure systems and processes support company strategy
  • Oversee project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Track deliverables, communicate progress, and present updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders
  • Ensure high‑quality design, development, and maintenance of enterprise software and applications
  • Manage the IT project portfolio, balancing short‑ and long‑term initiatives and evaluating new opportunities
  • Support completion of IT‑related Major Objectives (goals) and provide recommendations to decision‑makers
  • Research and evaluate new ERP, application, and business‑solution technologies to improve efficiency
  • Review vendor offerings, attend demos/webinars, and contribute to the strategic IT roadmap
