Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- 3+ years experience in applications or industrial engineering in manufacturing required
- 2+ years experience in technical customer-facing role required
- Ability to convey complex technical information to engineers and non-technical buyers required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage technical phone calls and quote requests from customers, distributors, sales
- Evaluate customer requirements; recommend appropriate products and engineered solutions
- Develop technical proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation for custom projects
- Conduct product training, presentations, and technical seminars for customers and distributors
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Coordinate with manufacturing and fabrication teams to ensure customer specifications are met
- Review bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and fabrication processes for accuracy
- Create and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and installation guides
- Support product testing, performance evaluations, and failure analysis
- Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects across company departments
