Requirements

DDS or DMD degree with minimum 2 years experience OR Dental assistant or Hygienist certificate with minimum 5 years experience
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate with global teams.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in dentistry
Experience in collecting clinical insights, data analysis, presentation skills.
Skills including statistical analysis, working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, word, etc.
Experience in a public, government or military environment
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, build alignment among stakeholders, and drive decisions to successful completion.

Responsibilities

Driving growth through customer collaboration, new product development, and technical support of commercialized products
Leading customer insight collection with dental professionals via surveys, interviews, and focus panels to define user needs for medical device design control input
Ensuring new product usability fits the dental workflow and generate usability and design validation documentation for medical device regulatory registrations
Substantiating claims using statistical analysis of customer feedback
Generating customer-facing technical content and educational content for customers and sales teams
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
