Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 0–3 years of experience (internships/co-ops count!)
- Familiarity with CAD tools like SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and a customer-first mindset

Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand applications and recommend solutions
- Learn and apply products like gaskets, O-rings, EMI shielding, thermal materials, and Gore vents
- Review drawings, specs, and technical requirements
- Assist in designing part-level solutions based on manufacturing capabilities
- Support technical quotes, answer engineering questions, and collaborate with sales
- Research materials, competitors, and alternative solutions
- Document insights and contribute to smarter, faster decision-making
