The Application Analyst supports the daily operations of assigned business applications. Typically serves as the first line of support for end-users: providing training, troubleshooting, and support for internal customers. This position frequently initiates vendor support cases and facilitates ticket escalation with other technical resources and third-party vendors. Also creates and maintains documentation needed for the technical support of applications and follows established standards for risk mitigation, documentation, technical controls, and access controls.
