The Applications Analyst II provides first and second-tier application support, troubleshooting, and customer service for the institution’s Research Technology application portfolio (including Huron eResearch Suite, Pre-Award Grants Management application, REDCap EDC and other Lab/Compliance applications). In addition to handling day-to-day issue requests, this role supports end-users with basic project design, system configurations, and data workflows. This role is responsible for monitoring customer support trends and actively facilitating continuous quality improvement through the creation of user guides, documentation, and the delivery of end-user training sessions.
