This is a hybrid role with an in-office requirement of 2 days per week in Denver, Colorado. The role performs work associated with analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of information technology resources (including computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data processing and security), telecommunication systems, and software/database products by internal staff, outsourcing staff, or consultants.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years Support of business applications required
  • Must possess the ability to maintain composure in difficult and stressful situations.

  • Ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Must have the ability to analyze and apply theory to practice skills.

Responsibilities

  • Projects and delivers an attitude of pro-active problem solving. (20%)
  • Responsible for providing analytical and technical support for tickets that have been submitted by organization to IS2 team over a wide range of applications IS Team supports. (20%)
  • Encompasses daily operations, project and upgrade support, and administration duties. (20%)
  • Assists customers with implementation, work-flow identification, and issue resolution of supported applications. (20%)
  • Effectively consults with DH IT personnel as needed. (10%)
  • Reaches across groups within IS and across user communities to facilitate communications and rapport between all involved parties. (10%)
