In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge banking technology, partner with vendors and internal teams, and help deliver exceptional experiences for both employees and customers.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 3+ years of Applications Administrator experience
- 2+ years of Help Desk or technical support experience
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, virtualization, enterprise security, and backup technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Branch, lending, or banking operations experience
- Knowledge of SQL or other structured query languages
- Experience with software implementations and application integrations
- Military technical experience or education related to information technology
Responsibilities
- Administering, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise banking applications
- Installing upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption
- Troubleshooting application issues and partnering with vendors to resolve them quickly
- Managing application servers, authentication systems, and communication gateways
- Supporting cloud-based (SaaS) applications and monitoring system health
- Collaborating with business leaders to implement new products, services, and process improvements
- Managing user access and permissions while maintaining security and compliance
- Testing new functionality before deployment to ensure smooth implementation
- Monitoring service requests and providing timely, friendly support to internal employees
- Documenting system changes, procedures, and best practices
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and innovation
