The Applications Administrator III administers the technology and workflows associated with the software applications. This position acts as a liaison with designated departments, application vendors, training, and other support staff to ensure the highest level of service and availability in a fast-paced, constantly growing financial institution. The Applications Administrator III is responsible for customization requests, standardized user security, security groups, application optimization, understanding and documenting the information and business needs, and working with the IT department for the installation of approved upgrades and maintaining and supporting the application environment. This position is involved in designing new features and configurations for the system, as well as testing methodologies to evaluate the performance of the system. The Application Administrator III will also mentor Applications Admin I and II to advance their knowledge and expertise. This position requires the use of a personal or business vehicle.
