About The Position

HarmonyTech is currently looking for a talented and self-motivated Application Workflow Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the ability to work in a challenging, consultative, and collaborative environment. The SME will provide technical expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) products, particularly OpenText AppWorks and Content Server. The selected candidate will provide Government and technical teams with analysis and recommendations on the effective use of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and BPM Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products to meet current and future application workflow requirements. Position is available in the National Capital Region (NCR); requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Requirements

10+ years of technical experience related to Health IT and secure automated enterprise content management systems implementation
5+ years of experience with Content Management Systems and Business Process Management
Experience providing technical analysis and recommendations for enterprise workflow solutions
Experience implementing and supporting enterprise content management and workflow solutions
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM), and Enterprise Information Management (EIM)
Experience working with Government and technical teams to evaluate and implement COTS solutions
Ability to provide technical guidance and recommendations for current and future product versions
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience implementing large-scale Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
Experience with OpenText Content Suite
Experience with OpenText AppWorks
Experience supporting secure enterprise content management environments
Experience supporting Federal Government or DoD programs
CompTIA Security+ certification
OpenText certification in Content Server or AppWorks is highly desirable
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Master’s Degree is desirable
