About The Position

Reporting to the Learning Services TrakCare Training Manager, the TrakCare Application Trainer role is to analyze TrakCare/IntelliCare training needs, design, develop and deliver training collateral for instructor-led classroom, virtual and asynchronous online courses. The majority of the training courses are eLearning. The role involves planning, preparing, and researching training requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining training materials, delivering training courses, performing course evaluations and participant assessments, and continually updating training courses to improve delivery and content. The role requires active engagement with the TrakCare Training Manager, Global TrakCare/IntelliCare training team, Regional Learning and Development Leads, Clinical Safety Officer/Advocates, and Product Specialists.

Requirements

Healthcare background
Previous experience with HealthCare IT systems
Certified trainer and assessor or working towards
Excellent written creative and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Have a patient and friendly approach to teaching

Previous TrakCare experience
Video production and editing skills

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and research TrakCare/IntelliCare training requirements.
