About The Position

11-15 years of experience. Proven professional experience in the design, development, delivery, and enhancement of Client-Server/Web-Based/Cloud-Based/Mobile Software Applications using Microsoft .NET Technologies, ASP & C# (C-Sharp) This is a professional position that may require subject matter expertise consistent with demanding and rare technological skills.

Requirements

Conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty. 13 Years Required
Preparing complex technical documentation. 13 Years Required
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. 4 Years Required
Experience in developing applications using C#, ASP.NET. 11 Years Required
Experience with database technologies, development methodologies, and front-end (e.g., Cognos)/back-end programming languages (e.g. SQL). 11 Years Required
Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Service-Oriented Architecture. 6 Years Required
Experience with any of the JIRA/Bugzilla/HP ALM tools. 5 Years Required
Experience with Databases using ADO.NET. 7 Years Required
Experience developing enterprise applications that interact with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases. 11 Years Required
Candidate should have strong ETL experience in Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence platforms. 7 Years Required
Experience with Visual Studio 2010 and later versions with .Net Framework 2.0-4.6.2 with C# and VB. 10 Years Required
Experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies within a distributed (n-tier) architecture. 15 Years Required

Responsibilities

Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty.
Identifies improvements to project standards to achieve high-quality services/products.
May require coordination of programming activities being conducted by the application development team.
Confers with other business and technical personnel to resolve problems of intent, inaccuracy, or feasibility of computer processing and project design.
Works with necessary personnel to determine if modifications are necessary with interested personnel to determine the necessity for modifications or enhancements.
Leverages excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop new business processes and programming solutions as directed by business and technical stakeholders.
May coordinate activities of application developers.
Able to identify best practices and standards for the use of the product.
Proven track record of hands-on technical design and code work within large complex systems.
Proven hands-on technical work with a variety of technologies.
Demonstrated technical expertise in integrating a variety of diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies.
Delivers support and design for industry-specific applications that require integration with statewide systems or applications.
Interacts with executive-level business users or technical experts.
Advanced experience in the required technical subject matter.
May function as a niche technical SME (Subject Matter Expert).
Has proven experience across large and complex implementations and systems.
