About The Position

This role requires a strong focus on customer service and collaboration. The primary responsibilities include handling incoming calls for ticket queues, performing password resets in Active Directory, and providing support for proprietary software used for biller and family management within centers. Additionally, there is a customer service component involving collaboration with the procurement team for food and equipment. Familiarity with processes and experience working from home are considered significant advantages.
