Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting, configuring, analyzing, or enhancing enterprise applications, ERP systems, integrations, databases, or business systems.
  • Experience analyzing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, EDI, data warehouse, or similar business systems.
  • Strong systems analysis, problem-solving, process improvement, and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and application enhancements.
  • Experience with SQL, data analysis, database structures, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of application integrations, interfaces, data flows, and enterprise business processes.
  • Ability to independently assess alternatives, make recommendations, and implement solutions with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), .NET technologies, APIs, integration platforms, Power Platform, and enterprise reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Works independently and collaboratively to analyze, improve, configure, and support enterprise applications and integrations.
  • Evaluates business requirements, implementing application enhancements, conducting systems and data analysis, improving business processes, and ensuring enterprise applications support operational and strategic objectives.
  • Analyze application, integration, and data-related issues to determine root causes and develop corrective solutions.
  • Utilize SQL, reporting tools, and application diagnostics to investigate data integrity, transaction processing, and system performance issues.
  • Evaluate complex business and technical problems and implement sustainable solutions that improve system reliability and effectiveness.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes and modifications across integrated applications and business processes.
  • Analyze data structures, interfaces, and integration points between enterprise applications to ensure accurate and reliable information flow.
  • Develop and execute data validation, reconciliation, and correction activities as required to support business operations.
  • Monitor and optimize automated processes, integrations, scheduled jobs, and business workflows.
  • Support implementation of new integrations, system functionality, and process automation initiatives.
  • Identify recurring operational challenges and develop long-term solutions that reduce manual effort and increase application effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, and technical procedures.
  • Recommend improvements to application architecture, business processes, reporting capabilities, and system utilization.
  • Contribute to enterprise initiatives involving application modernization, process automation, and operational excellence.
  • Communicate application issues, status updates, and resolutions clearly with business users, IT team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Document support activity, resolutions, and recurring issue patterns in a clear and timely manner.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to escalate issues, validate fixes, and support service continuity.
