Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Angular is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot- Java.
- Minimum associates degree

Responsibilities
- Acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Developing deep expertise in troubleshooting complex software issues and delivering timely resolutions.
- Supporting and guiding colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align support activities with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Analyzing recurring problems to identify root causes and proposing sustainable solutions.
