Trimark Associates is seeking a Tier II Application Support Engineer to support our mission-critical T1-S Vantage and True:SCADA platforms. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure, and operations—ensuring system reliability, resolving complex issues, and improving overall platform stability. You’ll collaborate with development, OT, integration, project management, and customer operations teams to troubleshoot production systems, support data flows and integrations, and drive long-term improvements. This is a technical, hands-on role for mid-level engineers comfortable owning issues from initial triage through root cause identification and resolution. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience supporting complex, mission-critical systems and working directly in production environments, along with the desire and ability to grow into full-time software development.
