About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Management Analyst to support our digital content strategy. The successful candidate will manage, organize, and optimize content across various platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and engagement. This role is ideal for students interested in content strategy, digital marketing, and analytics.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education (as per CSJ eligibility).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, HTML, and web accessibility standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Must be 15–30 years old at the start of employment.
• Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee protection.
• Must have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) and be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with WordPress, SharePoint, or similar CMS tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain digital content in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint).
• Audit existing content for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating and publishing new content (articles, blogs, multimedia).
• Optimize content for SEO and accessibility standards.
• Monitor website and social media analytics, preparing performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Support content migration and archiving projects.
