The successful candidate will provide advanced support for mission-critical, multi-user integration applications. This includes investigating and resolving application and transaction issues, assessing the impact of upgrades, patches, and new releases, and contributing to implementation planning for both standalone and integrated systems. In this role, you will design and develop custom solutions, maintain and support both internally developed and vendor-supplied applications, and create comprehensive technical documentation. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure reliable application performance. Responsibilities also include proactively monitoring production environments, diagnosing system issues, and implementing enhancements that improve performance, stability, and overall system reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, a solid understanding of IT systems architecture, and a commitment to delivering high-quality technical solutions that support patient care and business operations. Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required. As part of a 24/7 support model, support analysts are expected to respond to priority service disruptions outside of regular business hours.
