This role serves as the central point of accountability for the BuildOps platform across all Operating Companies (opcos). The Application Support Analyst will establish governance for platform requests, issues, enhancements, and priorities, ensuring enterprise-wide standards for system usage, configuration, and process design. The position drives consistency in how Operating Companies utilize BuildOps for various workflows, aiming to reduce fragmentation and align teams on common terminology. This role acts as a strategic liaison between various stakeholders, including portfolio leadership, operating-company leaders, service teams, accounting, implementation resources, and the BuildOps vendor. A key responsibility is owning the backlog of enhancements and defects, partnering with BuildOps to influence their product roadmap. The role also supports new Operating Company launches, acquisitions, and provides leadership in implementation, including playbook development. Furthermore, the analyst will own the enterprise reporting strategy for BuildOps, ensuring leadership has visibility into performance, and will validate data accuracy. Change management, including assessing process changes, documenting workflows, and coordinating training, is crucial. The role also involves technical coordination with IT, data, and integration teams for migrations and system dependencies.
