About The Position

As an intern at Tradeweb, you will gain practical, hands-on experience by working with technologists and business experts. The program combines traditional classroom settings with project-based work, allowing you to get involved with the products and services the firm is developing. You will receive guidance from individuals at all levels of the organization, helping you build a professional network and relationships with your fellow interns through interactive outings and projects. You will be part of the IFI Application team, which is responsible for the software layer that manages user interactions from the user interface and the core trading system. This team controls business logic and ensures an optimal user experience.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of modern software languages, specifically C and C++.
• A solid grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Willingness to take ownership of work, operating both independently and within a small team.
• Detail-oriented.
• A passion for technology.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

• A background or interest in building large-scale, real-time, and distributed applications.
