About The Position

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with the IFI Application team, which is responsible for the software layer that handles user interactions from the user interface and the core trading system. Interns will gain practical, hands-on experience by collaborating with technologists and business experts. The program combines traditional classroom settings with project-based work, allowing interns to contribute to the firm's products and services. Guidance from individuals at all levels of the organization will be provided to help interns build a professional network and relationships within the intern class through interactive outings and projects. Interns will be encouraged to explore how AI and emerging technologies can be applied within their area of the business, with opportunities to think differently, challenge existing processes, and contribute ideas.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
Knowledge of modern software languages – C, C++
A solid grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
Willing to take ownership of his/her work, working both independently and within a small team.
Detail-oriented.
A passion for technology.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

A background or interest in building large-scale, real-time, and distributed applications is desired.
