About The Position

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and resourceful engineer to join the EarnIn payroll services team. As a Backend Engineer, you will work cross-functionally with various teams and contribute to the design and development of our backend services. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to create meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,482-$116,700, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Requirements

2+ years of development experience in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience.
Proficient in C++ (C++ 14 and up).
Understanding of COM fundamentals and experience integrating COM components with other technologies (e.g., .NET Interop or scripting languages like VBScript or JavaScript).
Familiarity with Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC)
Hands-on experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a bias towards action and results.

Responsibilities
