About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an Architect / Technology Leader for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC; Pennington, NJ; or Plano, TX. The role is a core member of the Global Capital Markets Technology team, responsible for developing and supporting key applications. The successful candidate will serve as a primary architect and hands-on technology leader for one or more initiatives, applying strong analytical skills and technical expertise to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment. The position is a 12+ month contract opportunity and requires working onsite three days per week. The role includes leading initiative delivery and development, designing and developing solutions, supporting applications, collaborating with senior business partners and technology management, and producing clean, progressively enhanced code for complex enterprise applications. The pay range is $55.06 to $63.06 per hour.

Requirements

10+ years of total experience, including at least 7 years of hands-on core Java experience.
At least 2 years of user interface development experience using Angular.
Experience with Unix/Linux scripting.
Middle-tier development experience with Webservices, Apache, or Weblogic.
Proficiency with HTML/DHTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
At least 5 years of backend database development experience; Oracle is preferred.
Very strong communication skills.

Financial sector experience.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
At least 5 years of Angular experience.
At least 3 years of Tableau experience.
Front-end development experience with Angular, JavaScript, JSP, HTML/DHTML, and Ajax.

Responsibilities
