Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting
- Role requires onsite client work 3 days per week in Charlotte NC
- Associates degree

- Advanced proficiency in C sharp Programming Language, MySQL, Apache Hive, and Teradata Database
- Advanced proficiency in C plus Programming Language
Responsibilities
- Responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
- Apply deep technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve business processes.
- Analyze recurring problems and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.
