Requirements

5+ years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining VMware on‑prem private cloud environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, clusters, HA/DRS, vSAN, and lifecycle management
Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining VMware NSX or NSX‑T for micro‑segmentation, routing, and software‑defined networking
Experience with VMware virtualization best practices for performance, resilience, and security in enterprise environments
Experience managing servers such as Windows, Linux, or Mac
Experience with vSphere administration, networking, server management, and virtual environments
Experience communicating and interacting with clients via email and phone
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience managing top of rack switching networks through vendors such as Cisco and Juniper
2+ years of experience with scripting, including Shell Scripting, PowerShell, or Python
Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
