About The Position

Team Credo is looking for a High-Speed Transceiver Application Engineer to join our mission to transform connectivity at scale. This role will play a critical role in advancing semiconductor technologies through innovative design, development, and testing. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed transceivers such as QSFP-DD, OSFP, AEC, and related lab instruments (e.g., oscilloscope, BERT and VNA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams.
• Passion for high-speed signaling, system-level validation, and continuous learning.
• Familiarity with DSP architecture and ability to write bring-up and tuning code.
