About The Position

Poclain Hydraulics is a global manufacturer of innovative hydrostatic transmission systems serving construction, agriculture, mining, material handling, and industrial markets. Our engineers work directly with customers to develop hydraulic solutions that power some of the world's toughest equipment. We're looking for an Application Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and working directly with customers. In this role, you'll partner with our Sales team to design hydraulic systems, provide technical expertise, support prototype development, and help customers bring innovative equipment to market. If you enjoy combining engineering design with customer interaction, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Strong engineering fundamentals
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple engineering projects

Responsibilities

• Design hydraulic transmission systems for mobile equipment applications
• Develop hydraulic schematics and Bills of Material
• Support prototype testing and product validation
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and distributors
• Partner closely with Sales to develop customized solutions
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
• Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation
• Support CRM activities and technical documentation
