About The Position

This role is responsible for the development and execution of seatbelt application products. In this role you will be responsible for Creating / Validating Product Design for Seatbelts Project Development: Lead, execute and support various project activities during technical critical phases of awarded programs. Product validation per customer requirements in time to support production launch. Develop designs that are aligned with the customer’s needs and Autoliv’s product/process roadmap Working with the customer to negotiate styling vs. Autoliv standard design/processes.

Requirements

BS Mechanical Engineering
Seatbelt application or development engineering.
Test development and analysis.
Root cause and corrective action experience.
Product Experience (Seatbelts)
Design / CAD
Perform Tolerance Stack
Apply GD&T on Drawings
Ability to understand manufacturing needs
Problem Solving Skills

Responsibilities
