Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Responsibilities

Carries out a range of technical tasks, resolving moderately complex issues using current technologies and established procedures.
Evaluates technical problems by examining various factors and data, developing and implementing effective solutions under guided direction.
Works collaboratively with internal teams to maintain quality standards, providing informal guidance to new team members and supporting team objectives.
Utilizes knowledge of key business drivers and company processes to inform technical decisions and align projects with organizational goals.
Continuously develops and expands technical skills by mastering current technologies, contributing to the team’s capabilities and performance.
Guides the design and implementation of complex application systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Leads small to medium sized engineering projects, coordinating resources and timelines to achieve project objectives.
Identifies and resolves intricate technical challenges by analyzing multiple information sources and applying innovative solutions.
Acts as a resource for junior engineers, providing guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to enhance team expertise.
Partners with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus and drive successful outcomes across multiple projects.
