Requirements

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
  • Hands-on experience developing or optimizing process recipes in semiconductor, thin-film, materials processing, or related industries.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and professional documentation.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and customer engagements.
  • Experience working with process equipment and tool qualification activities.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and technical problem-solving methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

  • Previous experience supporting global customers in a technical environment.
  • Exposure to statistical analysis and data-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and document process recipes to meet product and customer specifications.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to understand technical requirements, provide guidance, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Conduct application testing, validation activities, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support customers both remotely and onsite throughout qualification, implementation, and ramp-up phases.
  • Work closely with R&D, Product, and Process Engineering teams to troubleshoot challenges and drive customer success.
  • Prepare technical documentation, application notes, reports, and customer-facing materials.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible information for a variety of audiences.
