Requirements

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
2+ years in HVAC, controls, or BAS design.
Solid understanding of DDC, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Responsibilities

Independently support the design of sophisticated building automation systems using Delta Controls.
Produce wiring diagrams, floor plans, and as-builts.
Integrate energy-saving strategies into every design.
Assist in preparing budgets and energy utilization calculations.
Support design/build proposals.
Interface directly with customers to extract technical requirements and provide expert guidance.
Work with Account Managers to develop proposals.
Master Delta Controls, BACnet, and complex system optimization.
Collaborate with industry veterans to tackle increasingly complex projects.
