About The Position

NLign Analytics offers co-op and intern students the opportunity to work closely with researchers to develop and implement innovative technology that addresses customer problems. Specific tasks vary according to the project and the student's skills, interests, knowledge, and aptitude. The position may involve customer success and project management activities, as well as developing solutions in an engineering environment. NLign aims to provide high-quality learning experiences tailored to each student's professional goals.

Requirements

Must be eligible to receive a U.S. security clearance; at a minimum, this requires U.S. citizenship.
Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher across all college coursework.
Must be currently enrolled in and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.

Nice To Haves

Preferred fields of study include Information Systems or Business, with some technology experience or knowledge.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of and experience with unit testing tools and methodologies.
Experience in customer service.
Experience understanding, analyzing, and solving problems in an engineering environment.
Curiosity about business fundamentals and how the company operates.

Responsibilities

Assist in answering customer support questions.
Create training materials and presentations.
Conduct feature testing.
Interact with customers.
Support development of customer use cases.
Assist with resource, cost, and timeline planning using project plans.
Communicate project status internally.
Report task status to stakeholders.
Track and report milestones and deliverables.
Assist in monitoring, explaining, documenting, and responding to actual versus estimated costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and implement innovative technology with researchers to solve customer problems.
