This role assists GSA (Global Strategic Account) Managers by providing technical support to help sell company products. Serves as a conduit between the GSA Account Managers, field, and other applicable internal departments. This support includes providing technical information on company products and the application of these products, assistance with custom product features and pricing, ancillary product selection and pricing, and quotation of 3rd party equipment related to company products. Mentors and trains entry level Application Engineers.
