About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a QA Engineer with strong Python programming skills and extensive expertise in Fixed Income Capital Markets for a front-office role. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet user needs within a dynamic team environment. This is a hybrid, 12-month contract opportunity with a Major Financial Institution located in New York, NY.

Requirements

Mid-level experience (5-7 years) in a QA Engineer or Python Developer role
Strong proficiency in Python programming
Extensive expertise in Fixed Income Capital Markets
Experience with development frameworks

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in other programming languages like Java or C# is a plus

Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and maintain software applications to meet user needs
Develop application features and fix bugs
Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders
