About The Position

Aperio Global is seeking an Application Developer to support its Eurasia & Western Hemisphere Mission. The role works alongside mission stakeholders, data scientists, and intelligence analysts to design, develop, and deploy mission-focused applications that transform complex data into actionable operational capabilities. The developer builds secure, cloud-based solutions that enhance analyst workflows through application development, data visualization, APIs, and automation in mission-critical environments. The position requires U.S. citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and the ability to work onsite in Fort Meade, Maryland. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, as well as experience developing secure, end-to-end applications in mission environments. The salary range is $127,000–$147,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit. Requirements

Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience developing secure, end-to-end applications in mission environments.
Experience developing applications that directly support operational users.
Ability to translate mission requirements into secure, scalable software solutions.
Experience working in cloud environments and customer mission data repositories.
Technical skills in Python, PySpark, Java, JavaScript, RESTful API development, CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and Elasticsearch.
Experience with customer corporate tools including XKS, Mission Data Repositories, GM, LABBENCH, and PRESSUREWAVE.
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Ability to work onsite in Fort Meade, Maryland.
U.S. citizenship is required due to federal government contract and security clearance requirements.
