Summer 2027 - Application Developer Intern (OH)
About The Position
PACCAR’s Kenworth Division is seeking an intern to join its IT team in Chillicothe, Ohio. The internship provides professional IT experience in a manufacturing company and opportunities to learn from industry professionals, work directly with managers and senior managers, gain hands-on experience, and expand a professional network. The internship is scheduled to begin in May or June 2027. The intern will work with developers to create business applications, support application issues in collaboration with the business, and contribute to an agile team by creating user stories and tracking progress on team boards. Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Junior or senior standing is preferred. The stated hourly salary range is $25 for undergraduate students and $30 for graduate students. The role is eligible for the listed intern benefit options.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of C#.
- Basic understanding of version control.
- Ability to work in a team environment with 10 or more technicians.
- Competency with Apple products such as iPhone or iPad.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
