About The Position

This job designs, connects, schedules and deploys business solutions, including workflows, reports, and dashboards in accordance with supplied standards and best practices. Conducts data analysis and validation, gathers requirements for business solutions, collaborates with business and technology departments to understand system data and its use, and provides support around the data and how its integrated. Monitors production systems for issues and resolves issues or elevates them for resolution when necessary. Acts as the technical lead for development initiatives, including communication and coordination with the impacted business areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field OR High School degree and 5 years of experience
• 5 years programming experience; OR 1 years of programming experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
• Ability to analyze and solve computer-based problems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel throughout and between facilities and work a flexible schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekends, holidays, on call availability)

Responsibilities

• Develops logical modeling and presentation solutions to implement requirements using best practices.
• Maintains and develops documentation to identify and define processes or procedures.
• Manages data by following best practices.
• Supports and monitors business applications/systems.
• Administers business applications/system server(s) and/or processes.
• Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.
