About The Position
We are seeking a SQL Developer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and database solutions. This role supports analytics and business operations while ensuring data quality, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who can work independently, be willing to take feedback, and also give feedback as the team learns and grows together.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SQL / T-SQL and SQL Server
- Experience with SSIS
- Experience with Confluent Kafka or streaming technologies
- Experience with SQL Store, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Develop and optimize SQL Server database solutions
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve data issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions
- Mentor junior team members
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance best practices
