About The Position

TRG is an IT-leading company seeking an expert in software implementation to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering IT solutions that help customers mitigate challenges and improve key business processes. This role involves being the primary point of contact between the company and customers, acting as a software expert and a project manager. The Application Consultant will determine how best to implement the company's software, taking pride in their work and ensuring projects run according to plan.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with at least 1 year of working experience relating to ERP or financial & accounting software (Odoo, Misa, Lemontree, Fast, Effect, SAP, Exact, Oracle, etc.).
• An infinitely curious and open mind to learn and grow.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and task prioritization.
• Willingness to travel for work.
• Based in Thailand.
• Fluent in English and Thai.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team during pre-sales to understand customer needs and develop implementation plans.
• Conduct business analysis and mapping for software implementation.
• Perform system installation and configuration.
• Manage data migration.
• Onboard and train end-users.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Diagnose, research, and analyze issues related to the platform, software functionality, configuration, and data.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and feedback.
• Guide customers through issue resolution and advise on improvements.
• Follow up with customers to ensure all issues are resolved.
