About The Position

Consulting is seeking a Wireless Architect to lead the design strategy and technical oversight for an enterprise wireless re-design engagement. This role owns the translation of raw survey data into a coherent access point design and coverage strategy, ensuring recommendations meet both client requirements and best-practice standards.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in enterprise wireless network architecture and RF design principles
• Strong command of spectrum analysis methodology and interference mitigation strategies across multiple frequency bands
• Experience designing AP layouts for large-scale commercial environments (300K+ sq ft)
• Proven ability to translate raw survey/RF data into clear design recommendations and client-facing documentation
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting technical findings to non-technical client audiences
• Experience working within formal, SOW-governed consulting engagements

Responsibilities

• Define wireless design specifications and best-practice metrics for the engagement (e.g., signal strength and SNR thresholds), adjusting to client-specific requirements as needed
• Review and validate spectrum analysis findings across 2.4/5/6 GHz bands, ensuring accurate identification of interference sources
