Application Analyst, Supply Chain and Logistics
About The Position
Coke Florida is seeking an Application Analyst, Supply Chain and Logistics to work at its Tampa-based headquarters. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain and Logistics Technology, the analyst assists in identifying and solving critical business problems in a Supply Chain technology area. The role fosters relationships among the Coke Florida Technology Team, CONA, third-party service providers, and business partners across areas such as Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Distribution. The analyst supports stakeholders in testing processes and training users on Supply Chain system updates, and collaborates with business stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes. The role also provides application and infrastructure support to Supply Chain teams, implements technology enhancements and process improvements, and helps develop standardized business processes and procedures aligned with Coke Florida's roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain and adjacent technology.
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems, WMS, and/or other Supply Chain applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with business system design and configuration.

- Project management experience is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Foster relationships between the Coke Florida Technology Team, CONA, third-party service providers, and business partners across Supply Chain areas.
- Support stakeholders in testing processes and training users on updates to Supply Chain systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver desired business outcomes.
- Implement system technology enhancements, change requests, and Supply Chain process improvements.
- Assist in identifying technologies that support business goals and align with company architecture and standards.
- Identify business value when developing ideas, considering digital awareness, risk assessment, business continuity, and business capability requirements.
- Develop or facilitate the gathering of configuration specifications and functional design documents.
- Stay current with industry and technology trends to support creativity and innovation.
- Provide business application or infrastructure support to Supply Chain teams, including break/fix assistance, how-to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, and testing.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of system defects with subject matter experts, identify and correct issues, and provide guidance and coaching to business partners.
- Develop best practices to standardize business processes and procedures based on the Coke Florida roadmap.
- Facilitate system training with business leads to improve performance and efficiency.
