About The Position

Health Choice Network is seeking a Certified Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Build Analyst to lead hands-on design, configuration, and optimization of Epic PB workflows, with a strong focus on revenue cycle Management. If you have deep experience with charge router rules, claim edit WQs, fee schedules, coverage/benefit plan build, and hands-on experience analyzing RCM workflows and outcomes, we want to connect.

Requirements

Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification
3+ years of hands-on Epic PB build/configuration experience
Experience building claim edit WQs
Experience building charge router logic
Experience building coverage/benefit plans
Experience building fee schedules
Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle workflows
Experience using RCM performance data (e.g., denials, clean claims, billing trends) to support build decisions
Experience testing and validating Epic build changes

Responsibilities

Design, build, configure, and test Epic Resolute PB enhancements
Build and optimize charge router rules
Build and optimize claim edit work queues (WQs)
Build and optimize fee schedules
Build and optimize coverage & benefit plan structures
Build and optimize charge review workflows
Execute unit, integrated, and regression testing
Analyze denials, clean claim rates, and revenue cycle performance trends to drive Epic configuration improvements
Support revenue cycle optimization and informatics initiatives through system build and workflow enhancements
Partner with billing and revenue cycle leadership to translate operational and data-driven needs into Epic build solutions
