We are seeking an Application Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, supporting banking applications, and collaborating across teams. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who can balance product design, production support, quality assurance, and customer focused problem solving in a fast-paced financial technology environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of systems support or design experience in a banking or financial services environment
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret banking periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Self starter with the ability to work across teams and organizational levels
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of programming concepts
  • Knowledge of relational database concepts

Responsibilities

  • Perform research, analysis, and testing on issues submitted through the COCC Issue Tracking System and provide day to day production support
  • Design COCC products and interfaces and develop and maintain expertise within assigned application areas
  • Create product functionality based on customer, vendor, and industry input
  • Prepare bug fix documentation and functional specifications
  • Participate in product management activities, product planning and design meetings
  • Analyze client problems related to design flaws and recommend solutions
  • Deliver training on application changes and enhancements as needed
  • Support off hours production issues when required
  • Develop test plans; test and review products and documentation
  • Assist with release notes and system documentation
