About The Position

This is an entry-level position within the HSIR team. The candidate will support Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and related modules, supporting revenue cycle front, middle, and back workflows. The analyst will play a key role in designing, building, implementing, and supporting workflows related to charge router, charge review, and credit card reader processes. This entry-level role requires the candidate to focus on obtaining a status of Proficient from Epic in the specific modules they will support. In addition to supporting Epic, they will provide workflow assistance, troubleshooting, and support for mission-critical HSIR systems with assistance. The role includes providing on-call after-hours support and developing and maintaining competency on pertinent applications and technologies within a specified timeframe. The analyst will participate in system maintenance by utilizing analytical skills for issue resolution, enhancement development, project participation, and version upgrades with oversight. They will also follow change management procedures for any system changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide workflow assistance, troubleshooting, and support for mission-critical HSIR systems with assistance.
  • Provide on-call after-hours support.
  • Develop and maintain competency on pertinent applications and technologies within a specified timeframe.
  • Participate in system maintenance by utilizing analytical skills for issue resolution, enhancement development, project participation, and version upgrades with oversight.
  • Follow change management procedure for any system changes.
  • Assist in testing of new applications and changes to existing applications ensuring integrity and quality of data while providing and/or assisting in training of system users.
  • Assist in developing appropriate process/policy documentation.
  • Manage multiple tasks/work on multiple projects simultaneously with guidance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
